Mrs. Natalia Geladze is a Managing Partner at GG Legal. She has more than 12-years of uninterrupted professional experience. Her practice area was more concentrated on business sector, legal support and lobbing.
During her professional life she extensively worked with various types of organizations operating in Georgia and in abroad as well.
Mrs. Geladze has the exceptional knowledge and experience in Media and Telecommunication Law, her practice is also focused on Corporate Law, Tax Law, Securities Transaction, M&A, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Contract law and Real Estate as well as Litigation on Civil and Administrative Cases.
Prior to joining the firm Mrs. Geladze served as a Head of Broadcasting and Media Sector at the larges Telecommunicating Company in Georgia.
Previously, Mrs. Geladze was engaged as a Head of Legal Department and lately was involved as a member of Supervising Board at GCC Joint Stock Company. Natalia served as Senior Legal Counselor of GPI representatives in Georgia. She held various key Legal positions while working at different corporations and governmental bodies. She has legal practice in Judicial system of European Human Rights Court. Mrs. Geladze was awarded for the participation and completion of the workshop in Human Rights subject in Strasburg, France.
Throughout her professional experience, she closely collaborated with different business sector and market players, governmental, international and non-governmental organizations. Her strong ability to relate to various authorities and stakeholders in a professional manner helps her to be result oriented professional. Having spent considerable time with Law Companies and market players gave her chance to represent the organizations on high rank meetings with the top governmental and international officials.
Natalia’s professional experience is seriously supported with her solid academic background. Mrs. Geladze is a graduate of School of American Law (LLM), Chicago-Kent College of Law IIT 2017 (US), as well she holds professional degrees (LLM) from the State University of Georgia – in Social Sciences Business and Law 2007.
Natalia Geladze is a member of the Georgian Bar Association and one of the founders of Georgian Digital Economics Association. She is an author of different publications. She has sound experience in drafting and lobbying legislation in Broadcasting.
Mrs. Geladze is fluent in English and Russian languages, along with her native Georgian.
