Ms. Gvantsa Gamezardashvili is a Managing Partner at GG Legal. She has 4 years of work experience in civil law and 2 years as a Mediator.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Ms. Gamezardashvili served as a lawyer and a deputy of CEO for German Pharmaceutical Company. Previously Gvantsa has worked as a lawyer for a hydro energy company, where she managed reorganization and layoff processes. She has served as a Mediator at Richard J. Daley Center in Chicago, Illinois, where she mediated mainly tenant-to-tenant and buyer-seller disputes, she worked as a Senior Legal Assistant at a Personal Injury law firm and was engaged in drafting and reviewing legal documents. Ms. Gamezardashvili has also experience in German law as she previously served as an intern in a law office in Munich, Germany.
Ms. Gamezardashvili holds the Law degree from International Black Sea University, where she highly scored on thesis “Mediation in Georgia” and has Master’s degree from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is a certified Mediator in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Gamezardashvili has studied for one semester at University of Augsburg, where she has successfully finished certification program in “European and International Economic Law”. She has a remarkable amount of trainings in Mediation and Business Law.
Ms. Gamezardashvili is fluent in English, German and Russian languages, along with her native Georgian.
Her practice includes advising on different civil and administrative legal issues. Her practice is focused on Immigration Law, Contract Law, Labor law, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration as well as Administrative and civil litigations.
